How much does it cost to sign up?
Nothing. Signing up is free and there is no subscription. Anaaz takes a 4% commission and 4% payment fees on each sale.
How do I get paid?
Once your order is delivered, you request your payout from your seller dashboard. We send it to you by bank transfer, free of charge.
Who takes care of delivery?
You prepare and ship your orders. You set your delivery rates by zone, and the shipping fees paid by the customer go to you. Delivery tracking is automatic.
How do my products get listed online?
You add them from your seller dashboard. Our team reviews them before they go live.
What if a customer wants a refund?
They submit a request and our team approves it.
